To make a claim, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
You are required to provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue clearly. This is necessary to verify the claim and prevent fraudulent returns.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund if evidence is insufficient or if damage occurred after delivery.
