You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect at the time of opening the package.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Change of mind after placing the order

Dislike of design, color, size, or other personal preferences

Products that are not in their original condition or have been used

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To validate your claim, a complete and unedited unboxing video is required. Please ensure the video:

Shows the unopened package

Clearly displays the damage or defect as the package is being opened

This is necessary to verify the issue and initiate the return/refund process.
